Welcome to my Coaching website targetting high-performance leaders and high-profile professionals. This is complementary to my Trajecten.be website, where I display my complete coaching, mediation and training offerings in both professional and private contexts.
My aim is to empower professionals in their personal leadership abilities and provide them with tools to increase their Impact, their Resilience and the Meaning of it all.
I provide coaching trajectories/journeys either on a one-on-one basis or team coaching. The coaching need or question is always unique and as such the coaching journey is tailor-made. However, the result of the investment is always a pathway to decrease stress, have more peace of mind and hold the keys to lead yourself, lead your context and lead business growth.
Leading by Being focuses on embodying core traits like Self-Awareness, Integrity/Authenticity, Empathy/Compassion, Resilience, Adaptability, Active Listening and Accountability/Responsibility. I help people and teams who are building an empowered culture where people feel valued and can grow. In my approach, I actively focus on fostering trust and building human connection. I see this as my mission.
